摘要
研究了用钛酸正丁酯为前驱物,水为溶剂,冰乙酸作稳定剂,采用溶胶-凝胶技术,制备稳定的TiO2水溶胶;简述了紫外线屏蔽整理原理及溶胶-凝胶原理;探讨了稳定的TiO2水溶胶对苎麻织物进行紫外线屏蔽整理的效果,结果表明:紫外线屏蔽整理效果较好,是一种很有前途的整理方法.
The paper studies TTB as the forerunner, The water as the solvent and the glacial acetic acid as the stabilizer to prepare stable TiO2 water dissolves by using the sol-gelatin technology. The ultraviolet ray shield finish principle and the sol-gelatin principle axe summarized; Stable TiO2 water dissolves to finish the effect of the ultraviolet ray shield finish on ramie fabric are discussed. The resuct indicates that the uctraviolet ray shield finish effect is a better processing method of the future.
