氢氧化镁浆料中和酸洗废液的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用自制与市售的氢氧化镁浆料对钢铁厂酸洗废液进行中和处理实验研究,主要在浊度、色度、COD_(Cr)、六价铬(Cr(Ⅵ))和悬浮物含量SS去除率等方面进行了对比.结果表明,自制和市售的浆料处理效果相当,浊度去除率分别为86.3%、87.3%,色度去除率均为88.4%,COD_(Cr)去除率分别为44.5%、48.5%,Cr(Ⅵ)去除率均达到100%,SS去除率均为88.0%,处理后的水质达到工业废水排放标准. The neutralization of pickling waste liquor were studied with magnesium hydroxide slurry of self-making and sell on market,Contrasts were made about the removal ratio of turbidity,ehroma,CODcr,Cr(Ⅵ) and SS between the two methods. The result showed clearly that the treatment effect from both were almost equivalence. The removal ratio of turbidity was 86.3 %,87.3 %,CODcr was 44.5 %,48.5 %,respectively;that of ehroma was 88.4 %,Cr(Ⅵ) was 100%, SS was 88.0 % both. The treatment result can match the emission standard of industrial waste water.
