浙江省乡镇不同经济水平与实行合作医疗的可行性

Feasibility of cooperative medical system in villages of zhejiang province with different economic level

新型农村合作医疗制度(NCM S)的实施受到包括经济水平在内的诸多因素影响。为了确保NCM S在浙江省范围内的顺利开展,本课题组通过对浙江省2个试点县和1个非试点县共18个乡镇的经济情况、农民和低保户经济情况以及参加新型农村合作医疗现状的系列调查研究,比较分析浙江省乡镇不同经济水平下合作医疗实行的现状并探讨分析浙江省乡镇在不同经济水平下全面实施NCM S的可行性。

Many factors including economic level are affecting the application of new cooperative medical system （NCMS） . To successfully run NCMS in Zhejiang Province, we investigated the economic level of Zhejiang Province＇s 18 villages and their farmers especially their low-income farmer＇s view on the new cooperative medical system, compared the new cooperative medical system＇s progress in these villages as well as analyzed the feasibility of NCMS in villages of Zhejiang Province with different economic level.
