Influence on the Administrative Examination and Approval System Reform After China's Entry into the WTO

行政审批是政府对社会公共事务进行管理的一种手段,其计划特色浓厚,与WTO以市场为导向,追求公平竞争和自主抉择、实现世界贸易自由化的准则和目标反差极大。为了适应WTO原则,有必要深化行政审批制度的改革,研究其重大影响。

Administrative examination and approval system ensures a governmental management of the social public affairs and it has a strong characteristic of planning, which conflicts with the WTO rules that are market-oriented and advocate fair competition, freedom to decide, and freedom for trade. In order to adapt to the WTO rules, China＇s administrative examination and approual system has to be deeply reformed and the great influences have to be studied.
