论大学生的职业选择倾向及其引导

On the Tendency and Guidance of College Students' Career Selection

面对当前比较严峻的就业形势,大学生的择业观发生了明显变化。其中有的观念值得充分肯定,有的问题尚待深入思考,有一些倾向则需要加强正确引导。为此,高校应将就业指导作为贯穿大学生学习过程始终的一项重要工作予以重视,抓好落实;教育引导大学生立足现实,正确定位,合理择业,勇于创业;积极开展大学生健康心理教育和心理咨询活动,使之保持乐观向上的心态应对择业。

In the face of the severe employment situation, University students＇ outlooks on career selection has changed obviously. Some of the outlooks are right to be affirmed, some need us to go deep into, and some need to be guided correctly. Therefore ,colleges and universities should attach importance to employment guidance and ensure it to be put into effect, educate university students how to find right positions on the basis of reality, choose reasonable career and carve out bravely. Colleges and universities should always launch campaigns to enhance the education and consultation of undergraduates＇mental health so as to keep them being optimistic in career selection.
