Application of Instruction Design in Career Training

教育学科中的教学设计和职业培训都是当今社会的热门话题,对于学校教育的课堂教学来说,教学设计对传统教学观念进行了修正。教学设计包含教学和设计两个方面,将这种理论应用于职业培训业同样适用,尤其是在目前职业培训行业人员参差不齐的情况下,在该行业引入教学设计的理论尤其重要。

Instruction design and career training are popular topics in education field. Considering the current situation of career training, the author applies the instruction design of educational technology science to the course analysis and design in career training. Instruction design, including both teaching and design, revises the traditional teaching concept of class teaching in our university and can be applied to the career training. We propose that it is important to introduce instruction design in career training for the irregular quality of trainers in career training.
