摘要 陶行知师德思想源于两个生成:历史生成与实践生成。中国古代师德思想与西方师德思想确立了其历史根基,国情催生了其教育信念,生活教育运动成就了其整体发展;对其整体而展开的行动与思想、身份与角色、联系与发展等三个维度的构成分析可以原生态地总括出其性质与倾向是生活教育师德思想,其主体内容构成中最重视的是作为教育者、学习者、创造者的职业道德追求,其总框架是:现代化是大框框,生活教育是主色调,“爱满天下”是起点,教育信仰是精神动力,“教学做合一”是根本方法,为大多数人受教育服务是初衷与舞台,平等是基础,民主是目标,创造是特色。 Teacher's professional ethics in Tao Xingzhi's thought derived from two aspects: history and practice. Classical Chinese thought and its western counterparts on teacher's professional ethics, with the establishment of their respective historic foundations, have their educational beliefs incurred by different situations in their countries and their development has been influenced by the unique social lives. A three dimensional integral composite analysis of the activities, status-and-role, relations and development may reveal that the nature and orientation stem from "life is education" and that the focus in the content is on the moral pursuit of the educators, learners and creators. The framework of the theory is : modernization being the main frame ; life education being the dominant tone ; love of every student being the starting point; educational belief being the spiritual driving force ; combination of teaching, learning and practice being the basic method ; serving for the education of the majority being the original intention and stage; equality being the base; democracy being the goal; and creativity being the characteristic.
