从“劳动竞赛”谈和谐劳动关系

摘要 中国工会具有“建设”职能,这一特点经常受到质疑,特别在非公企业中,工会开展“劳动竞赛”活动更是引起争论。本文认为,工会具有建设职能,这是由对当前劳资关系性质的判断所决定的。抛弃“劳资冲突论”,采用“劳资互利论”,也是当代发达市场经济国家劳动关系的基本理念。 The Chinese trade unions have the function of "Construction", this characteristic often falls in question, in particular, in non- public -owned enterprises, the trade unions should develop the "Labor Contest" activities, it may arouse the debate. The text is of the opinion that the trade unions should have the function of construction, this is judged and determined by the labor - capital relation nature at present. We should discard the "View of Confliction", and but what is instead is that we should adopt and accept the view of "Labor - capital Mutual Benefit", and it is also the basic concept of the contemporary developed economic country.
