构建社会主义和谐社会必须坚持党的领导,同时要以不断提高党的执政能力,保持党的先进性,以党内民主推进社会民主,通过民主政治的扩展,充分体现广大人民在构建和谐社会中的主体作用,进而保证社会的公平公正,达到人尽其用,共同富裕的目标。

In case of constructing the socialist harmonious society, we must persist in the Party leadership, at the same time, we should improve the execution capacity of the Party unceasingly so as to maintain the advancedness of the Party, we should use the democracy within the Party to push forward the expansion of the democratic politics, it can fully embody the main body function for the wide people to constrtrct the harmonious society, furthermore, it can guarantee the equality and fairness of the society, only in this way, we can achieve the target of everyone doing his or her best and common affluence.
