摘要
考察了从仙人掌中提取的仙人掌多糖溶液的粘度与溶液浓度、酸碱度、温度、离子强度等因素的关系以及抗肿瘤活性,结果表明,仙人掌多糖具有良好的增稠性,其粘度对盐浓度、pH、温度均有很好稳定性能。动物实验发现仙人掌多糖对S180肿瘤鼠抑制作用较小。
Some physicochemical properties and antitumor activity of the polysaccharides from Cacti were investigated in this paper. The results show that the viscosity of the polysaccharides from Cacti increases with the increase of solution concentration. The viscosity of the polysaccharides from Cacti was stable in different comcentration of NaCl, pH value and temperature. The experiments indicated that the polysaccharides from Cacti had little antitumor activity on the S180 tumor in mice.
