摘要
覆盖件模具工艺设计过程中模具型面设计是能否设计出合格工序件的关键。本文研究了覆盖件模具型面的设计方法和设计原则,分析了现有设计方法的优点和不足,在此基础上,采用知识工程方法应用于模具型面设计中,建立了基于知识的模具型面设计流程,提出基于模板的全参数化工艺补充面截面线设计方法,用承载了工程约束的截面线和控制线控制生成工艺补充面和压料面,实现了知识驱动的模具型面设计,提高了覆盖件模具工艺设计的自动化程度和智能化程度。
The method and principle of panel die-face design have been researched with analysis of deficiency and strongpoint of present development methods.Upon which the design procedure based on KBE and the design methods of the template-based parametric section curves on addendum surface have been proposed by applying a knowledge-based engineering approach in the die-face design. The knowledge-driven design for panel die-face design has been realized by using the control curves embedded into engineering rules constrain, the section curves and generate addendum and blankholder surface,which improve the automatic and intellectual level of the stamping process planning for automotive panels.
