摘要
以鞣花酸为原料经关键的二异丁基氢化铝还原首次合成了数个拥有4个骨架的多取代联苯化合物,并对其人类肿瘤细胞毒活性进行了体外测试。
Several polysubstituted biphenyl compounds containing four skeletons were first synthesized from ellagic acid via a reduction with DIBAL-H. The cytotoxicity activities of these compounds were evaluated against human tumor cells in vitro.
