双核铜(Ⅱ)-β-丙氨酸缩水杨醛席夫碱配合物的合成及其晶体结构 被引量:1

摘要 合成了标题化合物(1),其结构经IR和元素分析表征。1的分子式[Cu2(β-ala—sala)2·H2O]·H2O(C20H22Cu2N2O8),分子量545.48。经X-射线衍射仪测定1的晶体结构属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数为:a=8.1496(4)nm,b=10.3389(5)nm,c=12.6107(6)nm,α=77.4110(10)°,β=85.0010(10)°,γ=87.9770(10)°,V=1032.92(9)nm^3,Z=2,Dc=1.754g·cm^-3,μ=2.111mm^-1,F(000)=556,Gof=2.359,△p=(0.438—0.295)g·nm^-3。两个铜原子配位数各为四或五,处于变形平面四方形或变形四方锥的配位环境中。 A binuclear copper( Ⅱ ) compound, [ Cu2 (β-ala-sala) 2 · H2 O ] · H2 O ( 1 ), was synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure belongs to triclinic, space group P-1 with unit cell parameters: a=8.1496(4)nm,b=10.3389(5)nm,c=12.6107(6)nm,α=77.4110(10)°,β=85.0010(10)°,γ=87.9770(10)°,V=1032.92(9)nm^3,Z=2,Dc=1.754g·cm^-3,μ=2.111mm^-1,F(000)=556,Gof=2.359,△p=(0.438-0.295)g·nm^-3. In the molecule of 1, one of copper( Ⅱ ) is four-coordinated, another is five-coordinated, forming a distorted square and a square-pyramid configuration, respectively.
