It is one of main measures of improving the quality of glass-lined products to ensure proper composition of frit. For high melting temperature of frit,the volatilizable elements of . boron and fluorine are heavy volatilized by up-draft tank furnace.This will damage composition of frit, reduce the quality of products, increase production costs and pollute environment. Using all-electric melting furnace can not only overcome the above shortcomings, but also can increase its heat efficiency (up to 70%-80%). So all-electric melting furnace is recommended here.
