摘要
“非指示性”教学是郑逸农等人根据美国人本主义心理学家罗杰斯的“非指导性”教学理论,结合自己的教学实践提出的一种语文教育理念。它体现出了崭新的课程观、教学观和教师观,具有浓厚的后现代主义色彩。具体表现在:教学的开放性;教学的非线性;强调自组织,注重学生选择的多元性;在师生关系上,倡导教师“平等中的首席”。
Non-directive teaching is a new Chinese Language teaching guiding principle, which Zheng Yi Nong and others advance according to the non--directive teaching theory of American humanistic psychologist Rogers in their own teaching experiences. It reflects a brand new view point of curriculum, teaching and teacher and has many character of post-modernism which include openness of teaching none-linear teaching view point. It also emphasizes the learner's independence, plurality of choosing students and advocates the greatest importance of equality of rela- tionship between teacher and student.
