对西部地区文献信息资源共享的探讨

On Sharing Document Information in West China

西部地区在文献信息资源配置方面存在许多缺陷,对文献信息资源的利用率较低,不利于西部大开发的顺利进行。分析西部地区文献信息资源共享的必要性,并提出共丰构想以及应注意的问题。

Apart from low usage ratio of the document information content, there are various defects in the distribution of them in Wes China, which are averse to the west development. The necessity of the share of document information content is analyzed. Some concrete schemes are presented. The problems that should pay special attention to are discussed.
