摘要
本文分析了目前国内外非金属矿超细粉体的研究和生产状况,研究吸取了美国工艺和德国Alpine公司高压辊磨工艺的优点,所采用的综合工艺路线具有高台产、低能耗、适应矿种面广、产品多样和质量稳定的特点。介绍和分析了2500t/a超细粉体中试生产线的产品质量水平,并对我国超细粉体的研究和发展提出建议。
The investigative and productive Situation of non-metallic mineral ultra-fine powders recently at home and abroad has been analyzed in this paper. The study incorporates advantages of both the American process and the high compressive roller mill process of German Alpine Company. The adoptive synthetical processing presents characteristics which contains higher prodution.lower energy consume.broad suitability of minerals, varied products and stable quality. The products properties of the 2500t/a Ultra-fine Powders pilot-plant has been introduced and analyzed.The proposals is presented for study and development of ultra-fine powders in our country.
