摘要
采用免疫组织化学超敏SP法,对大鼠胚泡植入期卵巢组织内白血病抑制因子(Leukemia inhibito-ry factor,LIF)的表达进行了检测。结果表明,LIF在不同发育阶段卵泡的颗粒细胞中均有表达,在原始卵泡、初级卵泡和次级卵泡的卵母细胞中高表达,成熟卵泡的卵母细胞中等表达;在初级卵泡和次级卵泡的内膜细胞中LIF高表达,在成熟卵泡的内膜细胞低表达;在卵巢组织基质细胞、血管内皮细胞、粒性黄体细胞、生殖上皮中高表达,在卵泡液中中等表达。说明LIF在大鼠胚泡植入期卵巢中的多种细胞内均呈高水平表达。
This study was carried out to examine the expression of leukemin inhibitory factor (LIF) during the period of embryo implantation in rats ovary by SP method. Results indicated the expression of LIF was strong in granulosa ceils of follicles in different development periods ;the oocyte in primary follcles,primary follicle and secondary follicles were strong staining ; the one in mature follicles was moderate staining,expression of LIF protein of the theca interna ceils in primary follicles and secondary follicles was strong,the ones in mature follicles were weak;furthermore,immunoreactive products were observed strong staining in stromal ceils ,vascular endothelial ceils ,granulose lutein ceils and germinal epithelium ceils ;the follicular fluid was moderate staining. The study demonstrated high expression of LIF protein in the many kinds of ceils of rat ovary during the period of embryo implantation.
