不同树莓和黑莓品种的光合特性研究 被引量:13

摘要 以图拉名、秀美特、威廉姆特、俄国红4个树莓品种和黑巴提、百胜2个黑莓品种为试验材料,在田间条件下对其光合特性进行了测定。结果表明,在阴天,6个树莓和黑莓品种的光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)和叶片瞬时水分利用率(WUE)的日变化均为单峰曲线;在晴天,俄国红、秀美特、黑巴提和百胜4个品种的Pn、Tr、Gs和WUE的日变化呈单峰曲线,在14:00出现峰值,而此时胞间CO2浓度(Ci)出现最低值,图拉名和威廉姆特的Pn、Tr、Gs的日变化呈双峰曲线。造成图拉名和威廉姆特2个品种在晴天出现光合“午休”现象的原因主要是非气孔因素引起的;2个黑莓品种的WUE日均值较低,表明黑莓品种较树莓品种耐旱性差。 The paper studied the photosynthetic characteristic of four varieties of rasberry such as Tulameen,Summit,Willamette,Eguohong and two varieties of blackberry such as Blackbuttee,Boysen under natural conditions. The diurnal curves of net photosynthesis rate (Pn) ,transpiration (Tr) ,stomata conductance (Gs) and water use efficiency (WUE) of six varieties of rasberry and blackberry show single apex in cloudy days. In clear days,the indexes show the same change as they are in cloudy days for Eguohong, Summit,Black buttee,Boysen,and they arrive at the max at 14.00,while Ci is least at this time. However diurnal curves of Tulamean and Willamette show double-apex and noon break at about 14 o'clock ,which is caused mainly by noncommittal factors. The low diurnal average of WUE in two blackberry species shows that rasberry is better than blackberry in drought resistance.
