颅颌面外科术前虚拟技术 被引量:5

摘要 颅颌面外科是由法国著名整形外科专家Tssier于20世纪60年代后期创立的一门新兴学科,通过特殊的截骨和植骨方法将颅颌面分块移动,并按照整形修复的原则重新排列组合和固定,从而达到从根本上矫正各种严重的颅颌面畸形的目的。颅颌面畸形的定位、定性和定量诊断、周密准确的手术设计和面貌预测对于确保满意的整形手术疗效至关重要。虚拟外科手术是虚拟现实在医学领域的一个研究方向。建立颅颌面虚拟手术的动机是基于通过个别地考虑患者手术计划步骤来降低颅颌面外科手术风险,提高手术精度。我们主要综述了目前国内外颅颌面整形手术计算机辅助术前规划的各个流程及所采用的相关算法。
