变应性鼻炎大鼠翼腭神经节内NOS和NGF的表达变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和神经生长因子(NGF)在变应性鼻炎(AR)大鼠翼腭神经节内的表达变化。方法:建立AR大鼠模型,用HE染色方法观察鼻黏膜内腺体的变化;用组织化学的方法观察翼腭神经节内NOS表达的变化;用免疫荧光的方法观察翼腭神经节内NGF表达的变化。结果:实验组和正常组大鼠翼腭神经节内均有NOS和NGF表达,但实验组大鼠翼腭神经节内NOS和NGF表达均较正常组显著性增加(P<0.01)。结论:NOS和NGF可能通过神经调节机制参与了AR的致病过程。 Objective:To investigate the expression level of nitric oxide synthases(NOS) and nerve growth factor(NGF) in pterygopalatine ganglion of the allergic rhinitis rats. Methods: The expression level of NOS and NGF was detected in pterygopalatine ganglion of the allergic rhinitis rats using histochemical and immunofluorescence staining methods respectively. Results:The number of labelled NOS-positive neurons and NGF-positive neurons was respectively increased significanfly(P 〈 0.01 ) in pterygopalatine ganglion of the allergic rhinitis rats. Conclusion:NOS and NGF were probably involved in the pathologic mechanisms of the allergic rhinitis by the nerve regulation.
