摘要
目的探讨多肽生长因子bFGF在成年猴脊髓的表达分布情况,为成年猴脊髓存在该生长因子的表达提供可靠的免疫组织化学证据.方法取云南成年健康雄性猕猴T8脊髓节段制作20μm厚的连续冰冻切片,间隔取片后以抗bFGF抗体行免疫组化ABC染色.在Olympus光学显微镜下观察bFGF样免疫阳性反应物(bFGF-IR)在脊髓的分布.结果bFGF-IR在成年猴脊髓腹角神经元、背角神经元、背角Lissauer束和中央管(Ⅹ板层)均有分布.结论成年猴脊髓存在多肽生长因子bFGF的表达,提示该多肽生长因子在成年猴脊髓的生理过程中发挥作用,而且这种作用具有复杂性和多面性.
Objective To explore the specific expression of polypeptide growth factor bFGF in the spinal cord of adult monkey and to provide reliable immunochemistry evidences of the distributions of this growth factor in the spinal cord of adult monkey for the neuroscience world. Method Ts spinal cord segments of adult monkey, which was taken out from cavitas medullaris of the monkeys, were made into frozen sections (20μm). Then anti -bFGF serum was applied by the method of immunohistoehemical ABC to detect the distributions of bFGF in the spinal cord sections of adult monkey (These sections were all selected randomly). At last, bFGF - like immunoreactant (bFGF- IR) in the spinal cord was observed under Olympus light microscope. Results bFGF - IR could be seen respectively in spinal motoneurons, sensory neurons, Lissauer tract and central canal in the adult monkey. Conclusions The first morphological report is provided that there exists the expression of bF- GF in the spinal cord of adult monkey, which indicates that polypeptide growth factors may play multifunctional and complex roles in the spinal cord of adult monkey.
