摘要
目的了解正常人、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者血清抵抗素水平,探讨其与空腹血糖、体重指数的相关性.方法所有受试对象精确测量身高、体重,计算体重指数(BMI).同步检测空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG),采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测空腹血清抵抗素浓度.OSAS患者组经多导睡眠检测仪测定其睡眠呼吸暂停通气指数(AHI)及最低血氧饱和度(SaO2).两组间比较用t检验,用Spearman和Pearson法进行相关分析.结果(1)OSAS患者组血清抵抗素、BMI、TG比正常对照组高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)血清抵抗素与BMI、FPG、TC正相关;(3)OSAS患者组BMI与AHI正相关、与SaO2负相关.结论OSAS患者血清抵抗素浓度升高;空腹血清抵抗素浓度与体重指数、空腹血糖、血清总胆固醇正相关,表明抵抗素在OSAS患者的脂、糖代谢中起一定作用.
Objective -To investigate the resistin level in healthy volunteers and patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) , and to explore the relationship between resistin level and plasma glucose concentration, body mass index (BMI). Methods The patients' heights and weights were precisely measured, and body mass index (BMI) were calculated. Meanwhile, the fasting levels of plasma glucose ( FlaG), total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) were measured. ELISA was used to test resistin in plasma. Polysomnography was employed to examine and record the apnea- hypopnea index (AHI) and the minimum oxygen saturation (SaO2 ) during sleep in 35 OSAS patients. T -test was applied in the comparison between two groups and Spearman and Pearson methods were adopted in the correlation analysis. Results ( 1 ) Compared with healthy volunteers, serum resistin level, BMI and TG in OSAS patients were all enhanced (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; (2) Serum resistin level was positively correlated with BMI, TC and FPG; (3) In OSAS patients, BMI was positively correlated with AHI, and negatively correlated with SaO2. Conclusions Serum resistin level was higher in OSAS patients and correlated to BMI, TC and FlaG, which suggests that resistin has some effects on lipid metabolism and glycometablism.
