不同熟性洋葱休眠期生理生化的变化 被引量:19

摘要 比较了早、中、晚熟3个洋葱品种休眠期呼吸速率以及不同部位的可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、SOD、POD和内源激素IAA及ABA的动态变化。结果表明:晚熟品种港葱841生理休眠期最长,达70d左右,早熟品种阳春黄最短,约40d。呼吸速率、可溶性蛋白、SOD、POD在生理休眠期结束前都有一个快速升高再降低的过程,可溶性糖含量的变化在生理休眠期结束后急速下降;IAA和ABA的表现相反,休眠前期,ABA含量最高,而IAA含量极低,在生理休眠结束前,ABA含量急剧下降而IAA含量急剧上升。从各种生理生化指标分布看,均为内层>中层>外层。洋葱收获后,高水平的ABA、低水平的IAA、较低的可溶性蛋白含量和较高的可溶性糖含量有利于休眠的维持。 The dynamic changes of RR (respiratory rate), SPC ( soluble protein content), SSC ( soluble sugar content), SOD, POD, endohormone IAA and ABA in different parts of three onion varieties (including early-maturing, middle-maturing and late maturing types) with different maturities during the dormancy stage were studied. The results suggested that the length of physiological dormancy was different among the three varieties, the dormancy period of the late-maturing variety Gangcong 841 was the longest (about 70 d) and the early-maturing variety Yangchunhuang was the shortest ( about 40 d). The respiratory rate, SPC and the activity of SOD, POD showed a rapid rising trend and then falling trend before the end of physiological dormancy. The SSC decreased rapidly after physiological dormancy. The content of ABA was highest in the early dormancy period, afterwards, a rapid falling until the end of physiological dormancy. Change of IAA was rightly reverse to ABA. The distribution of these physiological and biochemical data were interior scales 〉 middie scales 〉 exterior scales. It is concluded that the higher ABA, lower IAA, SPC and higher SSC are beneficial to remain dormancy after harvest.
