摘要
根据FLG-1200螺旋分级机螺旋轴的上轴头断裂之残留痕迹,分析上轴头断裂的原因,得出钢材质量缺陷是导致上轴头突然脆性断裂的结论。
Based on the remaining trace of the broken upper axle journal on FLG- 1200 screw grader,the paper analyzes the reason for the journal broken and gets to the conclusion that the poor quality of steel results in the sudden broken of the axle journal.
