摘要
服役多年的钻机井架常会出现局部杆件弯曲现象。提出一种含杆件弯曲缺陷井架的建模方法,介绍了含该缺陷的井架承载能力的分析过程,并利用ANSYS9.0有限元分析软件,以ZJ40型钻机井架为例建立了含杆件弯曲井架模型,约束、加载并求解,根据计算结果分析了杆件单元应力的变化规律。
Drilling derrick that working many years often has the defect of bending bar. The article provide a derrick modeling method with bending bar, introduce the analysis process of the derrick bearing capacity with bending bar. Using ANSYS9. 0, we established the ZJ40 derrick model with bending bar, restriction, load and solve, and we analysis the stress change and it's rule from the result.
