摘要
介绍了潜油电机功率的常规选择方法,并从一次性设备投资和长期运行费用角度分析,提出适当选择大功率电机更经济、安全;论述了电机效率与负载率的关系,指出电机效率的最高点并不是在额定负载时,而是在负载率为0.75左右,并且在负载率为0.5~1.0时其效率变化很小;通过举例说明了选择高电压低电流大功率电机不仅可以达到电缆节能的目的,而且随着电缆、电机热功耗下降,对绝缘材料的老化也起到了延缓作用。认为选用潜油电机的最佳功率值为潜油电泵机组所需功率的120%~130%为宜。
This article introduces conventional methods on selection of motor power. Based on the analysis of equipment investment and long running cost, it indicates that motor with high power is more economic and safer. It also discusses the relation between motor efficiency and motor load rate that the maximum point of motor efficiency is not at rated load, but at the load of 0. 75, and the variation of efficiency is little when load rate changes between 0.5 and 1. With examples, it indicates that high power motor with high voltage and low current can not only save energy from cable, but it can also decelerate the aging of insulation material, and this is good to unit's run-life. As a whole, the author considers that the optimum power of motor is 120% to 130% of the needed power, which is for reference to ESP manufacturers and users.
