The treatment of ＂three wastes＂ in the production of synthetic hydrochloric acid by a double closed circuit circulation process was introduced. After adopting the double closed circuit circulation process,not only did the discharge of waste acids and waste water reduce to zero,the discharge of waste gas meet the discharge standard,but also the production capacity increased by 50% ,the production safety factor was increased. So obvious economic effects and social effects were achieved,and the aim of clean production was realized.
