在PVC隔板树脂生产中产生渣子状聚合物的原因及处理方法

Reasons for the occurance of dreg-form polymer in the production of special for partition boards PVC resin

介绍了在PVC隔板树脂生产中避免渣子状聚合物产生应具备的条件：软水硬度小于0．18×10^-6、电导率小于10μS／cm、pH值为6．5～7．5，VCM加入量误差±0．5％、温度为15～25℃，水加入量误差±2％、温度为20-30℃，乳化剂加入量误差0．5％～2．0％、温度为80-85℃，引发剂温度为15-25℃。

The condintions for avoding the occurance of dreg - form polymer in the production of PVC resins special for partition boards were introduced, which included the followings： the hardness of soft water was less than 0.18 ppm, the electric conductivity was less than 10 μS/cm, the pH value was 6.5 7.5;the error of VCM adding amount was ＋ 0.5 % and its temperature was 15-25 ℃ ; the error of water adding amount was ＋ 2% and its temperature was 20-30℃ ;the error of the adding amount of emulsifiers was 0.5% -2.0% and its temperature was 80-85 ℃ ;the temperature of initiators was 15-25 ℃.
