要实现高职教育办学模式创新,就要对培养目标进行准确定位,为模式创新提供前提。依靠行业组织和行业研究会办学,保持院校与行业的有效沟通,形成“校企互动”的办学机制是实现高职教育模式创新的重要途径。按照“重视基础、拓宽口径、强化技能”的原则,搭建公共基础、专业基础理论和专业技能三级教学平台,是形成独具特色的高职教学模式的核心。建设以“双师型”队伍为主体,“理论型”队伍为基础,“技能型”队伍为辅助,协调发展的三支教师队伍是高职教育模式创新的重要保障,为教育模式创新奠定必要的基础。

To achieve innovation of school running mode of higher vocational education, we should accurately locate the training objective so as to provide a premise for it. Running school depending on industrial organizations and institutions, maintaining effective communication, and forming ＂Interaction between Schools and Enterprises＂ running mechanism are important ways to realize the innovation of higher vocational education mode. According to the principle of ＂valuing foundation, broadening means, enhancing skills＂, building the teaching platform of public foundation, theoretical basis and professional skills is the core of the establishment of a unique pattern of higher vocational education. It is the important guarantee and the necessray basis of higher vocational education mode innovation to build the ＂double-qualified＂ force as the main body, ＂theoretical＂ force as the foundation, ＂skillful＂ force as the assistance and harmonize them.
