安徽金寨产天麻药材HPLC指纹图谱的研究

目的本研究旨在建立安徽金寨产区天麻药材的标准指纹图谱,以期建立鉴别产地药材真伪和质量优劣的评价标准。方法主要是利用高效液相色谱法来进行天麻药材色谱指纹图谱的研究。结果实验表明,采自金寨县不同产地的天麻药材,经适当处理后,会产生相当稳定和重现性强的HPLC图谱。结论本研究所获得的方法可以用来鉴别金寨天麻药材的道地性和质量的优劣。

Aim This researeh is aimed to build up the standard HPLC fingerprint of the preeious and eommonly used traditional Chinese medieine, tianma （ Gastrodia elata Blume）, whieh was produeed in jinzhai eounty, anhui provinee. The built up standard ean be used to identify whether a sample can be attributed as a jinzhai tianma and to evaluate its quality. Methods High performance liquid chromatography was mainly used here to build up the standard ehromatographie fingerprint. Result Samples purehased from various produeers distributing within jinzhai eounty, showed very stable and repeatable HPLC ehromatograms. Conclusion The aequired method ean be used to judge whether a tianma sample was from jinzhai eounty and to evaluate its quality.
