黄芪注射液在全营养混合液中的稳定性考察

Compatible stability of astragalus mongholicus injection in TNA

目的考察黄芪注射液与全营养混合液配伍的稳定性。方法按临床使用的配伍方案,将黄芪注射液与全营养混合液配伍,通过光阻法、显微计数法两种方法同时测定混合液中不溶性微粒的数量、pH值。结果黄芪注射液与全营养混合液配伍后,外观及pH值无变化,混合液中不溶性微粒的数量符合药典标准。结论黄芪注射液在全营养混合液中稳定。

Aim To study the compatibility after mixing Astragalus mongholicus injection and TNA. Methods Astragalus mongholicus injection and TNA were prepared according to the clinical common plan. The insoluble particle quantity and pH of the mixture were determined by light blockage method and microscopic count method. Results There were no evident changes in the outward appearance and the pH of the mixture, and the insoluble particle quantity of it conformed to the pharmacopoeia standard. Conclusion The test indicated that astragalus mongholicus injection was stable in TNA.
