基层医院中西、医结合治疗急性胰腺炎疗效观察

目的 探讨基层医院开展中、西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法 回顾性分析保守治疗85例急性胰腺炎病例，随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组采取常规西医治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上予以清胰汤胃管注入及芒硝外敷，观察、比较两组症状消失时间、实验室指标恢复正常时间、住院天数、住院费用。结果 与对照组相比，实验组症状消失时间、实验室指标恢复时间、住院天数缩短，住院费用减少。结论 在治疗急性胰腺炎的过程中，中、西医结合治疗能缩短病程，降低费用，适合在基层医院开展。

Objective To survey the effect of the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in acute pancreatitis in the grass-roots hospital. Methods Retrospective study was carried out in 85 cases with acute pancreatitis. All the patients were randomly divided into the experimental and control groupso The routine treatment of western medicine was carried out in the control group. In addition to the same treatment of the control group, Qing Yi Tang infused through the gastric tube and Mangxiao for external application were also used in the experimental group. Compare the extinction time of the symptoms, the reablement time of the laboratory examinations, the hospital days, and the costs of hospitalization in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the extinction time of the symptoms and the reablement time of the laboratory examinations were shorter, the number of hospital days was decreased, and the cost of hospitalization was reduced. Conclusion In the treatment of acute pancreatitis, combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can shorten the course of disease, reduce the cost, and is suitable for the grass-roots hospital.
