摘要 目的 探讨补充乳清蛋白对赛艇运动员免疫功能的影响。方法 实验组和对照组每天进行水上12KM长划训练,强度为80%最大吸氧量。连续训练30天。训练期间实验组每天早晚各服用乳清蛋白25克,对照组每天早晚各服安慰剂25克。在实验前后分别检测免疫指标CD3^+%、CD4^+%、CD8^+%、CD4^+/CD^8+、IgA、IgG和IgM。结果30天的大强度训练后,实验组CD3^+%较训练前明显升高(P<0.05);CD^4+%以及CD4^+/CD^8+较训练前明显升高(P<0.05);CD^8+%明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。补充乳清蛋白后,实验组和对照组训练前后血液中免疫球蛋白浓度的变化不明显。结论 补充乳清蛋白对赛艇运动员细胞免疫功能具有改善的作用。 Objective Study the effects of whey proteins supplementation on immune function in rowing athletes. Methods Fourteen elite rowing athletes were allocated into exercise group and control group .All the subjects performed 12KM rowing exercise at 80%V02max every day for 30 days. The subjects of the exercise group supplemented whey proteins 25g and the subjects of the control group supplemented placebo 25g everyday. Blood samples were collected before and after exercise. Results Compared with the control group, the percentage of CD4^+and the CD4^+/CD8^+ increased significantly; while the percentage of CD8^+ decreased significantly in the exercise group. The percentage of CD3^+increased significantly after exercise in the exercise group the concentrations of IgA, IgG and IgM did not change after exercise in both groups .Conclusion supplementation of whey proteins could improve the cell immune function in rowing athletes.
