锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位

Clavicular Hook Plate for Distal Clavicle Fractures and Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation

目的 探讨应用锁骨钩钢板治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折和TossyⅢ度肩锁关节脱位的技术和临床效果。方法 2002年1月～2005年12月应用锁骨钩钢板内固定联合喙锁韧带修复手术治疗这两种创伤，共23例。术后随访6～18个月．结果采用Karlsson标准进行功能评价，优21例，良2例，优良率达100％。无内固定感染、内固定松动及锁骨下血管损伤并发症的发生。结论 对于NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折和TossyⅢ度肩锁关节脱位的治疗，锁骨钩钢板是一种理想的术式。

Objective TO explore the technique and results of clavicular hook plate for Neer Ⅱ distal clavicle fractures and Tossy Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Method From January 2002 to December 2005, 23 case with distal clavicle fractures or acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated with clavicular hook plate, and the broken coracoclavicular ligaments were repaired. All the patients were followed up 6 to 18 months. Results According to Karlsson grading system, 21 case were excellent, and 2 case were good. No infection, plate cinch and injury of infraclavicula vessel occurred. Conclusion Internal fixation with clavicular hook plate is a ideal surgical procedure for Neer Ⅱ distal clavicle fractures and Tossy Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
