精液白细胞水平与甘油三脂水平的相关性分析

Correlation Estimation Between the lever of Semen leukocyte and TG

目的 通过测定84例患者精液中的白细胞水平与甘油三脂（TG）值，探讨两者间的相关性，以期了解是否两者之间存在必然联系。方法 收集门诊84例患者的精液标本，对其进行白细胞水平的检测及TG的测定，将两者进行统计学分析。结果 5组不同WBC水平的精液标本结果显示WBC水平增高，TG的均值水平有所下降，但组间比较显示各组的TG均值水平从低WBC水平组到高WBC水平组无显著性差异．结论 精液TG水平与WBC水平无明显相关性，TG定量对判断男性生殖系统感染无特别诊断意义。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the lever of semen leukocyte and TG through detecting both of them from 84 patients. In order to investigate the relationship of them. Hethod Semen was collected from 84 patients, detecting the lever of leukocyte and TG, The collected data were deal with statistics analysis. Result Analysis of five group data showed the TG is decrease when the leukocyte increase. But group comparison show that from low lever to high lever, there are no significant difference between them. Conclusion there between semen leukocyte lever and TG, quantitative detect diagnosis. is no evidence correlation TG will not help to clinical diagnosis.
