摘要
本文根据作者多年的后勤社会化改革工作实践,首先分析了后勤社会化改革初级阶段高校后勤管理处(甲方)与后勤集团(乙方)之间关系的现状、存在问题,然后提出双方关系的准确定位应是建立全面的战略伙伴关系,并就如何更好地认识、理解及建立战略伙伴关系,提出我们的认识。
Based on the years of experience in the socialized reform of logistics, the writer first of all analyzes the status quo and the existing problems of the relationship of the university's logistics department (Party B) and the logistics group (Party B) at the primary stage of the reform. Then the writer puts forwards the idea that the appropriate relationship between the two parties should be that of strategic partnership. Finally, the writer gives proposals on getting to know, understanding, and establishing that relationship.
