The Influencing Factors on Employment Situation of Higher Vocational Colleges Graduate

高职教育的目标是培养社会生产和服务第一线急需的人才,但近年来高职院校的毕业生在人才市场上的就业情况不容乐观。影响高职院校毕业生就业的因素很多,其中高职院校在培养学生过程存在问题是最主要的因素,本文探讨这些因素,以寻求解决这些问题的对策。

Higher vocational education＇s goal is to bring up the persons who are needed urgently in the social production and service at first line .But in recent years ,employment situation in labour market is not optimistic for the students who graduate from higher vocational colleges. There are many influencing factors on employment situation of higher vocational colleges graduate.Among other things ,the problems which exist during the student training are the most important factors.This paper is to explore these factors and seek countermeasure for solving these prohiems.
