Gel-forming properties of a novel class of chromen-2-one derivatives

摘要 新型苯并吡喃-2-酮衍生物在显示液晶性的同时还显示了优良的凝胶化性能,和多种有机溶剂能够形成凝胶,测试了在各种溶剂中的临界凝胶浓度.电子显微镜观察的结果显示凝胶呈纤维状三维网络结构. The novel class of chromen-2-one derivatives exhibit properties of both liquid crystal and gelation. Its gel forming with various organic solvents is obtained. The critical gel concentrations (cgc) in various solvents were determined, the network structure consisting of fibrils is observed with electron microscope.
