IL-6、TNF-α在绝经后骨质疏松症发生中的作用 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在绝经后骨质疏松症(Postmenopa-usal osteoporosis,PMOP)发病机制中的作用。方法根据骨密度(BMD)检查结果,将72例受试妇女分为三组,即绝经前育龄妇女20例(A组),绝经后非骨质疏松组19例(B组),绝经后骨质疏松组33例(C组),采用放免法分别测定血清IL-6、TNF-α、雌二醇(E2)和骨钙素(BGP)水平。结果绝经后妇女血清IL-6、TNF-α水平高于绝经前育龄妇女,骨质疏松组高于非骨质疏松组;绝经后妇女血清BGP水平高于绝经前育龄妇女,骨质疏松组高非骨质疏松组;相关分析示IL-6、TNF-α与BMD呈负相关,与BGP正相关。结论绝经后骨质疏松妇女血清IL-6、TNF-α水平升高,高水平血清IL-6、TNF-α可能与骨质疏松症的发病有关。 Object To explore the effect of interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) on the pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP). Methods According to the result of bone mineral density (BMD) ,76 postmenopausal women were allocated to three groups. 33 cases of PMOP were assigned to Group C, 19 cases of postmenopausal women without osteoporosis to Group B, and 20 cases of healthy premenopausal women to group A. Serum levels of IL-6 ,TNF-α ,estrogen( E2 ) and osteocalin (BGP) were detected by radioimmunoassay method. Results Serum levels of IL-6 ,TNF-α in Group C and Group B were higher than those in Group A,and higher in GroupC than in Group B ; Serum level of BGP in Group C and Group B was higher than those in Group A, and higher in Group C than in Group B;the IL-6 ,TNF-α levels were correlated negatively with BMD,positively with BGP. Conclusion The pathogenesis of PMOP is related to the high serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α.
