不同强度运动对老年大鼠大脑皮层一氧化氮代谢的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察衰老和运动训练对老年大鼠大脑皮层NO代谢水平的影响。方法以SD雌性大鼠为研究对象,通过无氧阈的测试,给予大鼠50%的小强度、70%的中强度以及90%的大强度训练12周。结果随着鼠龄的增长,大鼠大脑皮层NO的含量下降;长期小强度和大强度运动对NO无明显影响;长期中等强度运动后,大鼠大脑皮层NO的含量提高。结论长期适宜的中等强度运动可以改善大脑皮层的NO代谢水平。 Objective To study the effects of aging and exercises on NO metabolism level in cerebral cortex of SD rats. Methods By testing the oxygen threshold, the rats were given 50% intensity,70% intensity and 90% intensity training for 12 weeks. Results Along with the NO content drop ped; the long - term low - intensity and the great intensity exercise do not have the obvious influence to NO content; After long - term medium intensity exercise, the NO metabolism level in cerebral cortex improved hancement. Conclusion Long term medium intensity exercise can improve the NO metabolism level in cerebral cortex of rats.
