摘要
通过分析振动给料机上料口的给料方式,指出竖直给料和倾斜给料方式存在的不利因素,提出了一种新型的给料漏斗——曲面给料漏斗,使料槽的给料速度和给料机的给料速度相等或接近,提高了给料机的给料效率,为同行或厂矿企业提供一些帮助,更好地指导生产。
In his paper, a new type of charging hopper, which named curved surface charging hopper is put forward through analyzing the feeding types of entrance to raw materials of vibrating feeder and disadvantages of vertical feeding type and oblique feeding type. This type of curved surface charging hopper makes the feeding speed of material chute and the feeding speed of feeder is equivalent or approximate, improves the feeding efficiency of feeder, and provides some help for craft brothers or manufactories and enterprises to guide manufacture well.
