摘要
在论述了职工培训对马钢发展的重要性的基础上,提出了进一步做好马钢职工培训工作的几点对策与建议。
On the base of discussing importance of staff training in the process of Masted developing, this article indicates some proposals and policies of further making the work on Masteel staff training well.
