Developing the cycling economy is an effective way to realize the harmony of human and nature. Cycling economy is an ecological economy, it has a new demand of view, design, production, marketing and cooperation for enterprise. In order to solidity the governing basis C. C. P organization of enterprise should take the responsibility to carry out the cycling economy, to grasp the task of three areas in propagation education, participating plan and administrating personnel.
