介绍了作者对深圳某外商独资企业管理信息系统的一个子系统──成本管理决策支持系统的设计与实现．系统以ＭＲＰⅡ（ＭａｎｕｆａｃｔｕｒｉｎｇＲｅｓｏｕｒｃｅＰｌａｎｎｉｎｇⅡ）系统数据库为基础，以线性回归和线性规划等运筹学模型为模型库主体，可作为成本预测、决策和成本模拟方面的成本管理决策支持系统的软件系统．该系统旨在为企业各类成本的预测和决策提供帮助．
The methodology for designing a CMDSS, one of subsystems of MIS used in a foreign enterprise in Shenzhen is presental in the paper. This subsystem is a software whose modelbase and database are derived from operation research and MRPII respectively, and is at present used for supporting cost predication and decision-making in the enterprise.
