摘要 蛋白质是由肽链构成的。传统概念认为蛋白质一定是具有特定折叠模式的、有功能的肽链。早年的蛋白质变性理论指出,在极端条件下,蛋白质的立体结构由紧密变得松散.同时丧失其固有的活性,这个过程就是变性。1950年代,一些研究蛋白质的化学家提出,蛋白质的结构具有特定层次:一级结构是蛋白质肽链中氨基酸残基的序列:二级和三级结构是蛋白质的立体结构:亚基组装产生了四级结构。 In certain conditions,polypeptides of protein can be misfolded.Some of misfolded polypeptides convert to proper fold,otherwise they induce a variety of diseases.Unfolded polypeptidos in ER trigger stress, downregulating biosynthesis of nascent polypeptide.Another kind of protein does not consist of secondary structure,quietly differs from typical protein,but is still bioactive.
