摘要
采用电子万能试验机测试钛金属激光焊接头的力学性能。结果表明,随着激光光斑直径的减小或功率的增加,接头熔深增加,强度提高;并且随着激光功率密度的增大,接头强度呈增大趋势。进一步从激光功率密度的角度分析,光斑直径比激光功率对接头强度的影响更大,激光光斑直径为0.7mm、功率1.6kW时,获得接头性能较佳。金相组织观察显示,接头组织致密,未发现有夹杂和微裂纹等缺陷,接头拉伸断口呈韧性断裂特征,断裂区有大量的韧窝存在。
Mechanical properties of pure titanium laser welded joint were tested by universal testing machine. Results show that welding penetration and strength of joint are increased as laser spot diameter decreasing or laser power increasing, and the joint strength gradually increases as the laser power density increasing. Analyzing joint strength from laser power density, the spot diameter has greater influence on joint strength than that of laser power. Properties of the joint are better as welding parameters remain for spot diameter 9 mm, laser power 1.6kW in laser welding. Microstructure analysis indicates that joint structure is dense, inclusion and microcrack can not be found in the welded joint. Through SEM observation, there are a lot of dimples in the fracture zone which has the characteristics of toughness.
