声导抗测试与咽鼓管开放类型的判别

Differentiation of the Types of Eustachian Tube Closing Failure from Otoadmittance Measurence Measurement

分析了近１０年来作者采用的声导抗测试法诊断咽鼓管开放症的４８例６３耳临床资料，发现咽鼓管开放有主观症状而无客观体征、有主观症状又有客观体症、无主观症状而有客观体征三种情况。认为咽鼓管有生理性开放和病理性异常开放之分。指出ＡＤ型的鼓室导抗图和鼓室导抗图上出现的呼吸波是否为诊断咽鼓管异常开放的灵敏指标值得探讨。

This paper analyzed 48 cases(63 ears)with Eustachian tube closing failure diag-nosed by otoadmittance meter with the author's methods.There are three conditions of Eustachian tube closing failure in clinic:with subjective symptoms and without objective signs,with both sub-jective symptoms and objective signs,without subjective symptoms and with objective signs.The Eustachian tube closing failure could be devided into physiological and pathological procedures.The present results indicated that the type AD of tympanogram and respiring waves which appeared in tympanogram might not be sensitive indications of diagnosing Eustachian tube closing failure.
