中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶和elafin蛋白与皮肤肿瘤 被引量：1

Skin Tumors and Neutrophil Elastase with Elafin

摘要 皮肤肿瘤组织中浸润的中性粒细胞及瘤细胞可以合成、分泌中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶及其抑制剂elafin蛋白,共同参与了皮肤肿瘤的分化。中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶能够促进瘤细胞增殖、扩散及转移,中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶/ela-fin失衡可能参与了皮肤肿瘤的生长调控。中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶和elafin在皮肤肿瘤中的作用机制值得深入研究。
