摘要
目的:了解中学生对HIV/AIDS知识的掌握程度,探讨针对中学生的有效HIV/AIDS健康教育方式。方法:采用匿名问卷对安徽省阜南县几所中学的学生进行调查。结果:调查的600人中HIV/AIDS总体知识回答正确率平均为52.2%,高中生回答正确率普遍高于初中生,对传播途径认知的得分非常显著地高于非传播途径(P<0.01);对AIDS病人或HIV感染者的态度得分总体偏低。多因素Logistic分析结果显示,以往接受过艾滋病宣传和年龄是中学生艾滋病知识总体知晓率的影响因素。结论:应加强对中学生的HIV/AIDS健康教育,重视从低年级开始开展各种形式的HIV/AIDS宣传教育。
Objective： To investigate knowledge, attitude and behaviors towards HIV/AIDS among middle school students and explore effective health education to them. Methods： Six hundred middle school students were investigated with an anonymous questionnaire. Results： The rate of correct response towards HIV/AIDS was 52. 2% ;the scores of senior students were generally higher than those of the junior students. The scores about the routes of HIV/AIDS transmission were conspicuously higher than those about the non - transmission routes. The scores for the attitude towards HIV/AIDS were lower. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed experiences of receiving publicity education on HIV/AIDS and age were associated with general knowledge of HIV/AIDS. Conclusion： It is necessary to strengthen HIV/AIDS related health education for middle school students.
